I have a strange problem with my Zen V. When I plug it to computer's usb port, the player shows the mark that it's connected, a window (http://img523.imageshack.us/img523/9186/apuaaty4.png It's finnish, you don't understand) pops up in computer screen, but Zen V Media Explorer, Winamp or Windows Media Player don't show any players connected to computer. I also tried to update the firmware, but it had the same message, "Your player is not connected. Please connect your Zen V to computer." I've reseted the player, tried different usb-ports and cables, but it still doesn't work. It has worked before and I can still charge it from computer. Help me, or I will change to iPod!!! And my english may be bad, sorry.

The problem appears to be that improper drivers have been installed. Try following the steps for the second question in this FAQ thread. The question is specific for the Vision:M, but the steps should work for the V-series as well.

It works now, but I had to format the player. I tried everything else. Thanks for advice anyway.
