Computer fails to find H10
My H10 20 GB isn't found whenever I try to update the firmware ?
The device itself goes straight to "USB Connected" and the firmware updater doesn't detect it... actually, now it's saying "This utility does not support the connected device"

Try another PC to make sure that isn't the problem
