Napster & Podcasting

I just ordered a Zen V+ and I'm hoping to get set up for it before it arrives. I use Napster for my music and want to also add podcasts to the ZV+.

I had used Itunes when I had a pod, but want to know what would be a good program to use to manage podcasts on the Zen V+. Please let me know what program you are using and if you've tried others and why you prefer one over the rest. Thanks in advance.
