Where can I download firmware 1.20.02 for zen v plus???

That depends on what version of OS you are using. It's there if you still run WinXP but not if you are running Vista....

@FWIL

In the support/download area on creatives webside there is somewhere on the left side the mp3 player recovery tool advertisement. download this software and connect your zen v plus afterwards to the pc and start the software.

with the software you can upgrade to firmware 1.20.02 !

strange that creative doesen't offer the firmware in the download area ?

the EQ is working MUCH better now and i think the zen sounds a little louder than before.

Hm, that's odd... when I run it (the Recovery Tool), it won't take my 4GB Zen V+ any higher than 1.15.03e (it didn't format my player or reset any settings, btw!). I live in The Netherlands, I guess it could be a region problem.
I suppose, though, that if it works for you, you could start the Recovery Tool again and hit "Save" instead of "Run" so you can save the 1.20.02 firmware 's setup file to an easily accessible location. After that, you could upload it for everyone to use!
Care to give that a try? I'm sure many of us would be very grateful, since it seems to be impossible to get the latest firmware directly from Creative's website.

oh i thought the recovery tool updated my zen to the newest firmware 1.20... but this was an misstake.

my zen only upgrades to 1.15.03e too.

what changes come with the new 1.20.02 ?
