Well it works for me, I took my zen on holiday to Fiji and I was paranoid about getting sand in it, so I just got a container slightly bigger than my zen - clear plastic with a blue lid, and made a slot on one end for the headphone cord to come through. It's still sealed up when the lids on, and the phones fit inside it when I'm not using it. I just keep my cream pouch in the bottom for a little padding

I don't know if any of you guys notice this, but that "fruity smell," everybody talks about on the docking port, when i first got my zen i couldn't stop sniffing the pouch it was loaded with that scent.

Yeah I remember smelling something fruity when I packed up my ZVM when I didn't smell the dataport until 5 months later when I read about it here. It's freaky but it still smell fruity!
