Sansa Clip feature request list

For me (having not yet tried one), the only thing putting me off is battery time.

I'd get one in a trice if the battery held out for longer.

As a general matter, it will last you for a day--just charge it up at night.

I want them to add a little light sensor on any model they put a reflective front skin on. When you're in low light they can lower the screen brightness to save battery life. When you're out in bright light the screen will get brighter to compensate. As I stated on another thread, Sandisk can have this idea in exchange for providing me with a free 4gb silver model with the sensor built in.

Plain and simple.. I'd like a stopwatch. The only thing that the Zen Stone Plus has over the Clip, in my opinion.

I've already said that I'd like a clock. But I'd also like a little timer (like an egg timer). Got one for my Palm, but sometimes it would be good on the Clip -- beep beep beep after 30 minutes.

I would still like to see a stopwatch/timer on the Clip. It's such a small feature, but yet it comes in handy. I see the Clip as a sporty player, so a stopwatch would fit in nicely.
