frimware problem
when i try today to update the frimware, when i finish i open my player its show the zen vision m logo and after its show a black screen and wrote: "firmwae froblem"' and the comuter dont recognized the player and i cant do nothing, i try to do a reset but its dosent help, someone have a solution?
