Hi all.
I bought my wife a zen 60m and loved it so much that she got me one too for a present. Her's has now started to play up (only had it since April 07) and will not connect to the PC. Mine still works fine. The Defective Player just keep getting found new hardware MTP device but it will not stablize to connect. Hardware Manger (HM) just keeps on refreshing every second! Under USB in HM the properties tab reports: device location 0 usb device and then device can not start code 10 I have done the usual things on the forum: Reboot player, format player, tried different USB ports on PC no joy, checked the registry for USB settings etc. I have also followed creative's email suggestions as well. I was wondering if anyone has had similar issues. Otherwise I hope to return the device, especially as mine works perfectly OK. any help greatly appreciated. regards Ben |

Have you tried manually deleting the device from Device Manager and then have it scan for hardware changes again?
