Since my zen vision M froze and lost half the songs i had, it rebuilds everytime I turn it on and i dont even press reset! It doesnt even rebuild all the way. It stops like 5/10 through. When I connect my zen to my labtop, it docks and starts to charge. but when I open the media explorer, it says my zen isnt connected. Can anyone help me?

Boot your player into Recovery Mode (see FAQ subforum for details) and run Disk Cleanup. If this does not fix the problem, then you'll have to reformat.

And if you reformat and it says "harddisk problem" you'll need to replace your hard drive.
