Default MTP device not found

Ok so my zen work in vista no problem but it wont work with my version on XP. This is due to the fact that it cannot find MTP device. I have download and installed from the microsoft website the updates and still nothing. I need a direct link to a download or something ty

Well, I'm not sure what to say except maybe your computer's chipset doesn't like the ZVM for some reason (there are issues with certain Via chipsets), or you have Creative software still installed - and haven't applied the update patch for Media Explorer...

Well its wierd cause i have the same problem with my g/fs zun which I also cant get to work. Its gotta be some wierd issue that im sure has one thing that will make it all magicly work.
