Default My Zen's touch pad isn't working.

Hi,

my touch pad on my Zen Vision M 60GB isn't working. It takes a long time to respond to anything I try to do - so I can't flick through the menus or adjust the volume. All the other buttons work fine.

Also, when I try to reset it, it doesn't go to the rebuild screen, it just goes back to what it was originally playing!

I've tried upgrading the firmware but it is no use. The player still docks fine with the PC.

Could it be the cold weather causing it? (I'm in NY at the moment on holiday). The bag I had it in also fell off a table last night, maybe it was the drop that caused it to mess up (my phone and camera were both fine after the mishap).

Can anyone help? I don't want to have to resort buying an iPod!
