How does music come into my player ???

Hi,

I´ve bought an old Zen Vision:M 30GB without any software. So I downloaded the ZenCast Organizer (ZCST_PCAPP_LB_2_00_14.exe) from Creative and it works fine for one time. It recognised the old owner and syncronised with the folder I told him.

Now I want to charge the player with new music - but I didn´t find a way to do it. Meanwhile I changed the ownername to my name but if I´m starting the Organizer again it still shows the old name.
On the other hand, I found no way to load the player with my music.
I have a new icon in the win explorer, but the window keeps empty, if I click on it.
I have also downloaded the manual, but that doesn´t help me.

Can someone be so kind and tell me, what I have to do to bring my files on the Zen ?? Do I need another software ?

What version of Windows are you running?

If you are running Windows Vista, then no software is needed. Simply plug in your player and launch Windows Media Player (WMP).

If you are running Windows XP, then you will need to do one of the following:

1. Locate and install Creative Media Explorer; or
2. Update WMP10 to WMP11 (Service Pack 2 is required); or
3. Download and install MediaMonkey

meanwhile I found the whole installation cd at bittorrent and after I resettet the player everything works fine.
