Help with adding media??? (please?)

hi all, new here

So, i want to add media to my zen.......i've had it for awhile and have had media on it, but the thing that pisses me off, is that it won't keep songs with the folders some of the tracks it will just randomly put in one big spot with a bunch of others.

what is the best way to add media? Drag & drop? Is there a fix for this? it's driving me maaad!!
