Default lyrics support??
how do you make the lyrics work? i tried going to the song properties and putting the lyrics in it, then i switch lyrics on on my t10. But no lyrics?

afaik, the T10 does not support lyrics at this time (at least not the MTP firmwares). I've looked all through the manuals, and no mention is made of lyric support (tho it will probably be part of a firmware upgrade in the future, the T9 eventually got lyric support).

And it looks like that true. The firmware due in March seems to add lyric support, as well as AAC compatibility. Just wait a couple months, and you'll have lyric support.

you can put korean firmware (UMS) into your t10.
korean firmware already supports the lyric function.
it works for me.

The T10 won't just know what the words to the songs are. You can download a program called Samsung LyricsStation (http://www.yepp.co.kr/support/suppor...=526&seq_num=1) It allows you to load an mp3 file and find lyrics on the web for it. Once you do that, you can save the lyrics onto the song and transfer the newly updated mp3 file to your T10. It should now display lyrics for that song.

I tried using SMS but it still didn't work. Hopefully lyricsstation works.

I have no idea how to do this.
1. How do you get lyricsstation to start running?
2. What do you press on your T10 to get the lyrics to show up?
3. Where do the lyrics show up?

I can't tell you how to use LyricsStation. You just install it and run it like any other program. I assume you are using Windows, right?

I don't own a T10, so I can't tell you exactly what you need to make them work on your player, just how to put the lyrics in the file.

Besides, the second poster already told you that it will be March when they add lyrics support.

You can find them yourself and put them on yourself. I don't use lyricsstation enough to know the best way to do it.

hi all! thanks for the info on this forum, have helped me set up nicely so far.. but i'm facing one problem.. hope u can help..

i'm having trouble viewing lyrics on my T10AW/XSP (firmware AW 3.06), and have tried everything posted here.. I've installed Samsung Lyrics Station, have patched in the support for T10, and am using Emodio to transfer the mp3 over. Under the lyrics tab of song Properties in Emodio, it shows [YP-T10] so i assume that the lyrics station has done it's job. Yet after i transferred the mp3 to my player, there's no signs of lyrics showing.

I would like to ask is there a specific place to click in order to view the lyrics while listening to the songs?

Do i have to install specifically the Korean firmware in order for the lyrics to work? (Is it fine to install Korean firmware even though mine is AW version?)

Also, i have read somewhere that lyrics function works for Bluewave firmware 2, but not for firmware 3? Is my version 3.06 the 3rd firmware and thus the lyrics function's missing?

Thanks, i really hope to utilise my T10 to the fullest so hope somebody can help me out here!
