Isn't that just a low battery?

It charges off the computer & shows that it is charged. Does it have a replacable battery or is it part of the unit--couldn't find where to replace it if it's bad? j

Its a part of the unit and is not user serviceable. If you still have the receipt, bring it back for an exchange, and just know that it is not a normal occurance.

My T10 was doing the exact same thing!
I took mine back this afternoon, and they exchanged it under my (extended) warranty. The new one has been 100% problem free... |
