Can someone explain the EQ. Like what does each bar do, and what do the symbols mean? THX

each bar represents a specific centered frequency. For example, the bar to the extreme left is centered at 60. This means 60 Hz (cycles per second) and is the low bass (usually referred to as sub-bass usually reproduced in subwoofers.). By in creasing this bar, the frequencies in and around 60 HZ are either boosted or limited. THe higher the bar, the more emphasis on those frequencies. It then goes 150 (borderline bass, sub-bass), 400 (bass, usually bass guitars and left portion of piano accompaniments), 1K (low vocal range), 3K (mid vocal range), 8K (high pitch instruments, picolo, violin and the like) and 14K (usually cymbals on drums and hard S and T vocal sounds). The higher the Hz, the higher the pitch.
