Sony NW E107 MP3 Player & SS :( need help

I have the above model MP3 player and have so for about 2 years.

Using it with SS on my old normal computer is fine and can transfer songs etc fine using SS

However, recently i have purchased a laptop with Vista on it and its a good spec machine but it seems to refuse to let me install my version of SS (3.0 i think) onto it because im away from home a lot i cant use normal machine all the time

when its installing it gets to the add-on part of installation and then message appears saying that installation has been terminated, with no reason why?

then if you try open SS i get this exact message

"cannot find the OpenMG Secure Module. Exiting SonicStage"

nothing else just the above, no codes, numbers, or anything else.

I've read thru millions of things to try solve issue including deleting stuff and also making sure the Windows Installer thing in Admin Services is running.

Please can somebody help me?? its driving me mad
