V+ Menu Help

So i need help with the V+ menu a bit.
i need instructions how-to turn off the removable disk without the screen(since i broke it )
Like it is 5clicks down to extras > 4 clicks to removable disk > and so on, but i forgot how to turn it off

On mine it's:

Down 5 - right click (Takes you into 'Extras')

Down 4 - right click (Takes you into 'Removable Disk'

Then click (to set desired size)

Then click again ('disable' is the first option)
