Help Company Support Question

Ok, I have been in the market for a new mp3 player since about a week after the 2nd gen nano came out. I currently own a 1st gen and a 2nd gen nano, as well as an NW-HD5.

I am looking for an mp3 player with at least 16GB's of memory, after that all of the other features are just features.

Anywho - My choices range with the Zen, the A729, the touch, and the p2.

Now, assuming for a moment that prices and features make no difference I want to know which company has the best customer service, the best turn around time, and the best bug free device (as in normal music use - features don't matter).


I could keep on jabbering on and on as this is a very big decision, heck I could almost save up a little more and buy a ps3. For one more question though, how soon do you guys think the price of the Sony will drop... I don't want to pay $299 for an mp3 player, but if it is the best one I don't want to wait for 5 more months either.

P.S. I meant my title to say Customer Service Question, if anyone can edit it or knows how.
