Finally with this if you press back in shuffle mode it gives you the previous song that t10 was playing and not another one! and in txt mode now if u are using your own skin you will see your background image...i don't found any other improvement...

You need to have previously used modded KR firmware to be able to update by just copying the two files onto the T10,
Otherwise find the instructions to use the Rockbox tcctool to install it.

when they say "emodio paid game downloads" do they mean we can download games off of emodio for the t10 in the future? (after beta and new firmware and stuff)

While I haven't installed it as it is a 3ed wave firmware you should be able to download one of the 10 theme/GUIs and manually install them .. think you are stuck with the Sammy startup!

can't u read the manual? you just have to go in pictures and then after u choose the background u want press the menu button and chose select as my skin...that's it... and u'r incredibly OT...i hope someone delete your post and even mine's:P
