Help Making/Transfering Playlists

I have been having a difficult time transferring play lists to the player. I can click on files on the player and make a playlist but what I'm looking to do is make one using Media Monkey or Winamp and synch the playlist so the playlist shows up on the player.

I use WMP11 i just drag the playlist to the sync column and sync simple

I use WMP 11 and Rhapsody to do the same as Jekel with no problems. I thought that Media Monkey and Winamp both could do MTP transfers and playlists.

If you create the playlist on the computer and then drag the playlist to the player for sync, what happens?
