Vision: M won't turn on properly. Turns on, but doesn't go to the main menu.

It either stays on the "ZEN" screen, or stays blank. What can I do? Holding Reset doens't work either. I just want it to work properly again, will do anything.

When you say holding reset do you mean to get it to reboot from the blank screen, or to get into recovery mode? If you don't mean recovery mode, try that (hold reset while turning on; let go of reset then the power switch).

If you get into recovery, try all three options saving reformat for last as obviously it is destructive and you will have to rebuild your library.

Also, can you get anywhere when plugging the unit into USB?
