Lightbulb hope this helps: pc finally detected my zen v plus

i am so problematic that my pc could not detect my zen v plus..
then i tried this steps and finally able to transfer music and files to my zen v..
hope this helps you, guys. also..

-right click My computer>properties>hardware>device manager

and then you will see there "zen v plus", click it and install it..

**my pc says that it doesn't pass the xp logo (somewhat like that), but i still
did continue to install the device.. and there!! i finally had a driver for my
zen v and was able to transfer my fave mp3s..
