adding movies

ive been trying to add movies/dvds (not videos off the internet) to my pilot but when i go to the movie in the file theres like 50 little movie type of things and when i put them in the converter that came with the pilot it wont convert the file (there vob) it says there not supported.( if you go to supported files it says it can convert vob) so how do i put movies on the pilot. thanks
