Black screen of death?

Recently my T10 has crashed a few times. Basically it's just been in the middle of a song and then the screen goes black, the whole T10 goes unresponsive (The off button won't work), and there's a constant beep/tone through the headphone jack. The only way to get the player back working is by pressing the reset button.

This happened a couple of times before I upgraded the firmware the other day. When I upgraded the firmware I also formatted the player, but this hasn't fixed the problem.

Do any of you guys have any ideas about this problem?

it happened to me at least 10 times with various firmwares(mtp,msc, la fleur,various versions)...so i think it's "just" a permanent bug:°

I have only had the problem when I have had used the sleep function. Format fixed the problem.
But it has never crashed in the middle of a song!!

I hear you guys same story here. The thing goes black and you hear this piercing noise in the headphones. I've formatted this thing twice and and have checked all my songs using MP3Val and some similar program. I hate this thing right now.

It isn't a problem on the Firmware, because mine never fails...
No spam, just to let know that it isn't most of Samsung's fault

Here's something I've found. I switched the theme over to the default sammy theme for a few days and had no problem. Then the day I switched it back to "My Skin" with a custom background it stuffed up again.

I don't know if this is just a co-incidence or not, but I'm keeping my player on the default sammy theme now and I haven't had a problem so far.

Hmm... The problem still happens no matter what the theme it. It's extremely irritating.
