Computer doesn't see T10

Hey,

here's my little problem...I just reinstalled Windows XP on my computer after I had some troubles... But now my computer can't see my T10, everytime I connect it nothing happens... The T10 says USB connected, but there is nothing where I could drag + drop music to or something...
So pleaaaase help me!!!

Install all the service packs and updates. You need at least sp2 installed if you are using mtp firmware.

Even more important: For MTP you need to have Windows Media Player installed.
If you didn't plug it in directly into the USB connectors of your computer, but into a hub, it could be that windows refuses to talk to the device because of insufficient power guaranteed for the T10.
