Default continue to hold for turn off

got a new pilot 8gb mp3 player today.
every time I turn it on, play some music, no more than 1mins
it will give me a message like "continue to hold for turn off",
then it turns off. Anyone has the same problem?

Thx

Agree sounds like its either broken or you are somehow repeatedly physically manipulating the power rocker switch into the on/off (far right) position after turning it on (i.e., do you have it in a case or enclosure that is forcing the power rocker switch to be stuck in the far right position, because it is naturally forced into the neutral center position by spring force?) It is designed to remain in either the neutral center position or slid left into the locked position, a spring forces it into the the neutral position from the far right on/off position, so if the power switch remains in the on/off (far right position) on its own, then the switch spring return is broken.
