Help How long should it take?

I transferred a movie to my Fuze last night using SMC and it took almost an hour. That seems like a long time just to convert and transfer. When I originaly ripped the 1 hour and 47min movie to MP4 format, it only took 18minutes. How long should it take, and can I speed things up?!

Can you do the transfer without having the Fuze attached?

As far as I've heard you can only convert files when the Fuze is connected.

unfortunately it does take around an hour to convert movies to the Fuze. I've converted a number of them since I've had mine and tried to speed up the process. No such luck. . I usually go off and do other things while its converting anyway.

So you've actually watched whole movies on the Fuze? I didn't think I would be able to...the screen's not that big, ya know? I've done video podcasts and such, but nothing over 15 minutes. It's good to know you can though.
