setting play mode on U2 with broken screen

Yes, I broke the screen on my YP-U2J zw.
Since then I have flashed to the Australian firmware to be able to use it as a normal USB mass storage device. I still use it to play music, but everything always plays in the same alphabetical order.

If someone could tell me in detail the exact sequence of buttons I need to press to navigate the menu and set the play mode to "random" I'd appreciate it.

I would also like to know once i am in random mode how to get from one song to the next song in sequence. It should be pretty simple, like pressing the center button twice and then scrolling down or right once and pressing the center button again. anyway. Hopefully someone can help me with that.
