should i use WMP 11 for syncing songs? or is it safe .. to use creative's software?
I use media monkey as my music player.. should i use it?

Which is best of the 3 for syncing songs with my ZVP?

I actually prefer WMP11 for syncing. The Creative software, if it is not in the middle of creating connectivity problems, it is busy being too buggy to use reliably. Syncing software, like WMP11 or Mediamonkey can easily be used instead.
