I need some assistance with my Zen.
HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP! I got 2 problems!
1. Any ear phones I have the Zen V ruins in like a week! and 2. My screen is COMPLETELY black and I can't read anything and I don't know where to go to get the music playing! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :ee k:

1. What kind of headphones? How does it ruin them?
2. I've addressed this issue for you in this post. EDIT: KeBBeK, please calm down. I understand it can be frustrating. However, there are plenty of other people here with issues as well. Keep in mind we have no relation to Creative and this is a place where you can get FREE support, so panicking like that will not do you any good. Please check the other thread you have posted in for I have already addressed your display issue earlier.
