Protected files (DRM)?
I have transfered all my itunes files to the zen with no problem (apart from all the album covers - which is another issue) but one album file cannot be transfered because it has a lock on it - protected! This album was downloaded from itunes and paid for!!.
How is it that it cannot be used in another MP3 player etc?? OR is there a way of converting it so that I can play it on the ZEN.

Welcome to the world of criminal rip off marketing. DRMed iTunes tracks will only play on iPods, no other player. That way Apple wants to make sure to lock you into their monoculture, so you don't ever switch to another product.
Google for "MyFairTunes" or "Hymn Project" to get rid of the DRM. We don't provide support for these things here in the forums, I hope you understand.
