Disappearing playlists
Hey --
Just got a Fuze 2gb and used the rhapsody Best Buys store software that came with it to add music. I used it to create playlists. When I disconnected the player from my pc, the playlists functioned ok. When I reconnected it, the playlist folder showed new playlist only and my playlists were missing. What the heck happened  . Howcum they disappeared and what can I do to prevent their loss again?Thanks for your help Scott aka jakewoodblues

Are you using MSC or MTP mode? MTP mode stuff will not show up in MSC mode. Same the other way around. It sounds like it is switching modes.

I'm using autoselect. which is best for using rhaposdy and windows xp?

If I remember right, Rhapsody uses MSC mode, but they could have changed that.
