help with SONY NW-E002

Hi. I am new here and sry for bad english.

I hawe SONY NW-E002 and its works perfect. But 1 time i want to transfer music into player and when i try to connect it to pc i always get mesage that "usb not recognized" . I try to uninstal drivers and search again from devide manager but then it will instal "unknown devide". i try to connect to my friend pc and same problem.

So maybe some1 can help me to repair this problem?

probably requires the dreaded sony sonic stage software.
luckily that software has been dumped for the new models.
but for that one its probably required.

I can`t connect mp3 device to my pc. so i cant upload music with SonicStage and cant update firmware. so any1 can help me how to repair it?? or just how to transfer music

I had and old Sony player.
Sonic Stage install the drivers to get the device recognized.
You can also try format the device from the walkman itself.
One of those two step should work.

The player has in-built format option in the players menu =)

Select the initialise optin in the Advanced sub menu of the option menus system.

If you keep having the same problem, I'd suggest returning it for an exchange. Just get a new Sony, shouldn't have the same problem twice.

yeah, i was so desperate I almost bought the SONY BEAN instead of NW-E107.....talk about degeneraton =D
