Wall Paper
How do I do my wall paper I found this really cool picture and I would like to put it as my wall paper. I put it on but it cuts off the heads how do I make it smaller?

Try adjusting the size/resolution of the photo. You can even use MS Paint for this.

No you can't. You started this thread about wallpaper and pictures. If you meant video capability, you should have mentioned that in the first post.
