No longer recognized as a storage Device

Running XP Sp3 all of a sudden my insignia sport is no longer avialable when I go to my computer. I have tried uninstalling MTP device drivers and still no go. When I plug in the device the action dialog has transfer files and no action available, when I first used this device I had open available.

Now I cannot use it at all, if I load music on using windows media player it apears as if it is loading but when I unplug the device there is no music on it...?
