Does anyone here know the video specification for an acceptable video file on the insignia sport such as bit rates, screen resolution, frames per second and so on and so forth. PavTube converter will make files that actually load onto the device but when I go to play the file it says "**ERROR** Can't Play This File" and "File Not Supported"

Not sure about bitrates/frame rates, but I know it has to be 220x176 MPEG4. Why aren't you using the Arcsoft converter?

Drive-In-Freak, you might want to find out the codec, like my other post to you. AVI is a container, and not a codec.

Ok...hmmmm..let's see what the software says.
MPEG4 Please forgive me as I'm still a bit new to all of this (complicated) format stuff. I'm still kinda wet behind the ears. |

This is good information to use as some of us are using "other" operating systems that don't, or won't use the given software.
