Actually, a hands on can be considered a mini review, so changing the thread name was unnecessary. Complaining about semantics was kinda' unnecessary also. I never said the opinion of cnet was law, but at least it was leaning in the right direction. And, this article is before their full review, which will be about 1/4 of an EnzoTen review - which is why you guys will still complain. The cnet reviews, even though long winded, never really review the player like Enzo does. CNET reviews, & walk through's, are always mostly opinion. I posted this mearly to show that the player was now starting to receive coverage, especially from major (***CRAP***) sites LIKE cnet.

I wasn’t complaining about semantics, if you understood my post above, I meant that if I had my hands on one, I’d take the time to test something as simple as battery life (unless we were talking about the 60 hrs of the i7, I quite after 40+ hrs) rather than say “if cowon is right,” a measly 8 hrs isn’t much to test and say yea/nay if you have your hands on one. Just pointing out that their “hands on” as well as their bias reviews typically suck.

Actually, WalkGood, I wasn't referring to YOU nitpicking over semantics. The name can stay AFAIC, but from what I've been led to believe it's the OP who is supposed to request a name change - unless the thread is WAY off the mark, or the title is very misleading, or confusing. As for their "hands on", yeah, the DO SUCK!!! But I was just happy that it got a SOMEWHAT positive reception, and that was more the theme that I was shooting for. Not a debate w/other members (other than yourself) who've never even used a Cowon DAP/PMP/PVP, or whatever they call it. I was mearly showing some love for the O2, and hoping to get a little site warmth going.

Read it again, it's just a list of extras that the O2 doesn't have, not a list of touch features. It basically say that what the O2 does, it does WELL.

Hmm damn, I should have waited off on the new D2 purchase, I guess now I'll just have to wait a bit longer and get the O2 also.. That'll make a nice addition to my Cowon Collection.

Now, I can't buy a Archos 5, because all my videos are fully work without any conversion on the O2..... Deciding sure is hard.......

P2 is a VERY different class of player, more comparabe to the S9 actually. Now, I can't wait for you guys to review this baby, hope Amazon get the ball rollin' and gives a speedy delivery.
