Is the 02 capable of handling 24bit/96kHz resolution?

yes it is .. tested on avc 720p encodes and it can play all x264 files up to 1280 x 720p just slow down but im sure cowon will fix this ...

but of course need to update to the newest firmware

The smoothness and motion on the dark knight was amazing... i use this player mainly for video ...audio is excellent but not my style like to get more into the song

all files playback with fantastic motion flow
