OK--I've reformatted my Pilot and reloaded my music. I create my playlists but once I disconnect the player the playlists disappear. The music is still all loaded and present but my playlists are gone! I've gone through this twice already. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks everyone!

Dude,
Dumb question. Is the music copy protected (when you do a properties on the files?) Why I ask is, the software will not let you copy them. Or did the subcription cancel (so you cant use the files?) |

No, my subscription is current and the music is the same as always. It's just the playlists that keep on disappearing.

Try uninstalling rhapsody from your computer. Delete the directory and then reinstall. I also removed the battery from my Pilot when this happened, starting fresh 100%. Resetting using software can still leave things behind. Removing the battery ensures everything is gone.
This is how I handled the same problem. |
