Actually it looks finer than I thought at the begining with the beautiful alu finish

As you know, S5 and Q1 have a good audio formats support and with the P3, Samsung seems to remain on the good way

The screen size remains the same but is much more beautiful

The P3 also shares a specification with the S5 or some creative mp3 players.

But the P3 looks like the P2. Don't wait for a great great surprise/info (I confirmed there is no wifi) or you will be disappointed

hm I almost bought a p2 but it just didn't feel right. I felt something was missing, didn't impress me enough. sure widgets are cool, but I think it works better on the phone where you have tons more options. I don't see how useful it will be on a PMP when you can have a great menu that will do the same and actually make it clearer.

haptic feedback is welcome, I think that's the one thing missing from touchscreens... but until they manage to make good haptic feedback (in the future where it'll hopefully really feel like you're pressing a button) instead of just vibrations, I don't see it as a great advantage.

and unless it was mentioned, I don't see muli-touch, accelerometer, etc. something that can make the pmp more interactive and interesting.

for a second there, I thought I was going to have to keep on waiting to get my next pmp, but I think I'll still go for the s9 from cowon.

I still can't wait to see it though.

The P3 with a speaker? that would be pretty sweet. As ive said before i would love to have a touch screen with a good speaker like the s5

but what about this P4? My current interest atm are the cowon l3 and the archos 7, both premium players. So im wondering if the P4 can match or compete with those? Any details on that?

Could you answer one question about the appearance?
You have already mentioned that the screen is three inches, but what about the screen's frame?
When holding the p2 there seems to be too much space where the light is, have they made the space smaller?

My friend has a itouch he never uses the wifi. I also find it quite useless.

Anyways, this seems cool, new interface maybe multi-touch?
No SD slot sorta sucks but whatever...
what would of been cool is if Sandisk would of got bought out by samsung, There would of been some sick new gadgets.

Yes, the global interface is new and rather cool (you'll understand why later). Multitouch I don't know but I believe that if it was the case, I would already know it. But anyway I will ask the question to make sure

the now playing list is pretty nice on the p2 except the fact you cant add a song to a playlist unless you hit back...

I may have to wait for this instead of the S9, since the O2 really is looking to be a "FAIL" imo. And Cowon seems to take way too long with implementing firmware updates. Samsung made the P2 a solid player, and the P3 is starting to look like a winner right out of the box!!!

1 question myself friend: Will this go to the coveted 32gb mark. The reason I never bought a P2 is because the player only goes to 8gb in the US. The 16gb player was released in other regions, not here. PLEASE tell me Samsung is going to do the right thing w/the capacity: 32gb ALL THE WAY!!!

Yep I have. and It seems that there is a bit more space between the screen and the edge of the player. And as the screen size remains the same, I would say the P3 is a bit bigger. But not sure

Sorry but my english is not perfect. By Global Interface I meant the main menu and the interface in general.

There will be a 32gb version but later (like 16gb for P2)
At the begining it will be 8 and 16gb
