My computer wont recognize my T10

I reformatted my comp yesterday and since then my comp wont recognize my t10 when i plug in usb, i downloaded the software, have sp3, have wmp10, why wont it work

happened to me all u got to do is look at the usb thing in 'control' , 'hardware' sumit like that, when u find the usb thing look underneath it or near it it should say Samsung or T10, just delete this driver and then plug in your t10 to your comp and it should say 'New device found'
