Default sansa media converter & windows XP
smc doesn't work on my operating system

are there alternate ways to put videos on my Fuze?

If your operating system is XP, it should work....mine does, just not very fast

Are you running the latest version of Sansa Media Converter?

It should work on Windows XP SP2 or newer. I am not sure on pre-SP1a, and SP1a.

Answer the stupid question. Ar there other ways to convert besides the horribly broken sansa media converter. I can't even get mine to install.

then there is a problem with your computer. I have both e200 and Fuze and have installed SMC at various times over the past 2 years with no problems.
