Hi - I recently purchased a QDOS FM transmitter for my Creative Zen V Plus, initially I was impressed with the sound quality, but within a short space of time (less than the time to play one complete track) the sound was lost. On investigation I found that my Creative Zen V Plus was the problem – it won’t switch on at all anymore despite attempting resetting it, there’s no indication of “life” from it anymore even when a Creative battery charger is connected to it.
Obviously it seems very coincidental that my MP3 failed soon after using it in the QDOS FM transmitter – has anyone else experienced similar problems? If so what was to to resolve the problem? Thanks |

Welcome L44RMB.
Have you tried pushing the Reset button and then try powering on? You may also be able to disassemble and reseat the battery connection. This has been known to help with a non-responsive Zen V/Plus. A couple of disassembly videos here and here should help.
