Default Browsing Creative ZEN music folder in XP Explorer

Has anyone succeeded in doing this on the ZEN 8GB or 16Gb models? The only unit I have found on which it works is a 2Gb (containing mp3s). On largers, the folder shows (incorrectly) as blank.

Firmware on ZENs is 1.21.03e. Windows is XP SP2.

Is that firmware 1.21.01 or (like mine) 1.21.01e? And what file types?

The 1.21.01e is the European version with volume limiting.
1.21.01 is the US firmware version without limiting. Required at one stage because if the quiet earbuds that I used to have.
I haven't changed back to the European version - just turned the volume down
Shouldn't make any difference to your problem as I could see the files with the European version.

File types MP3 and WMA (and jpg/avi etc, in other folders)

I'm no longer regular on here so it may be a while between replies!

Belatedly, thanks Dave. When I switched to a different Windows XP machine (also SP2), the problem did not recur.
