Default Zen Problem Still Continues

My zen has been done for months. I ignored it and used my NDS to play music. But i want to use it again, im currently charging it with a Razr AC charger. The problem is that its not opening. When im charging it its flashing, but after 5 minutes it stops flashing. The flashing is like Blue blue then fades away.
I tried touching the reset button.
dont work

any ideas?

edit: where can i get the RMA code?

To get a Return Merchandise Authorization either contact Creative, or the place that you've purchased the Zen from. They will give you the code to return it for repair or exchange.

Sounds like you are in need of a new battery. However, since you have an AC charger, have you left it plugged in for a day or two to see if it begins charging correctly or eventually powers on?

There is a manufacture warrany on the parts for 1 year.

Still didnt work. i tried charging it with ac for 1day. and charging it in the back of the Computer usb ports.
