Rhapsody for video conversion only

Loaded music on Fuze after purchase via WMP just fine. Downloaded Rhapsody to convert some short videos to Fuze-works better than the SMC program.

Went to load some new music to Fuze via WMP-kept music library all in WMP, not R. The music I try to load since Rhapsody use shows up in album art but when you go to play it, it is about a 1 second period of silence-that's it.

Just for fun, tried ripping same CD to Rhapsody and then loading onto Fuze. Works just fine. Trying to NOT keep 2 libraries here, just want to use WMP.

Are there some preferences or settings I need to adjust in Rhapsody?

Video conversion worked just fine.

Reformatted player and tried again. Same issue. Videos loaded just fine but the files that didn't work still don't but those that were in WMP before Rhapsody load and play fine. What's up with that???????

Any thoughts?
