Default All Walkman Models WORKING with Linux!

I have found some Source Codes for WALKMAN on the Sony website, compatible with Linux

http://www.sony.net/Products/Linux/D...tegory7.html#6

Let me know if this helps WALKMAN's to work with Linux

This link you posted doesn't mean they're compatible with Linux computers, this means the players' firmwares are Linux.

Old news about compatibility, this has been discussed before. Please do a search next time.

The new generation Sony Walkmans (Walkmen?) switch automatically to MSC mode when connected to a non-Windows operating system. So they're compatible with OSX and Linux anyway.

Unfortunately, my nwz-x1050 doesn't work on Linux Debian Lenny. It shows on the desktop as Sony Walkman, but I can't open/view/edit anything. Volume can't be mounted.

If anyone has this working on their Debian box, kindly share how you did it thanks.
