P3 Sound Quality - Any info/impression ?

It looks like a number of people have had an opportunity to experience P3 and may be they can share they impression about the most important (at least for me) thing in P3 (and it's not Flash games or Emo interface) - the sound quality.

How does it compares to P2 (for MP3 and Ogg) and how the FLAC sounds in absolute and relative terns maybe compare to Sansa Fuse/Clip or S9 and/or Cowon ?

The sound quality is very good, with DNSe3.0 moreover.
And there was NO background noise on the output of my P3 sample contrary to the P2. So I hope it is the same on the commercial release!

If the P3 really is being released later this month, then June is probably the release date for the 32 GB, which is apparently being released later, I believe.

i take a commercial release p3 in 8th, this is my first mp4 player, so i can't compared it with p2 or other brands.
and on 11th, the firmware is update from the 1.15 to 1.18 KR from the website Emodio.com.
cause, i didn't take enough time to play this new toy, for the mp3 sound, i agree , Sound Quality is good, also with p3, the lyrics is very easy to combine, just use the attached CD software EmoDio.
cause i just joined here, i will take a look the past posts, and share and talk the experiences more and later.

lebellium, have you managed to compare the SQ to a Cowon or Sony player? If so, how does it hold up. I'd like to know this myself, as this is possibly a future player for me.

I never have had the occasion to compare with a Cowon D2 or another cowon mp3-player.
But I could compare with a Sony A818 for instance.
And DNSe3.0 are really good. If you use them with moderation of course...
But I'm pretty sure, they are as good as BBE effects by Cowon.

I've bought a P3 about a week ago and, in my opinion, its sound P3 is superb: it beats (albeit just) both Cowon's S9 and D2. But P3 has its own drawbacks: I find its rendering of classical recordings, especially the ADD ones, somewhat less convincing.
