Sony nwz e438f Problem
Hi. Recently I've get the Sony sony nwz e438f walkman as a gift and I've got a serous problem with it. As I unpacked it, it turned out that it's impossible to enable it. After switching to computer, there're no results. Unfortunately, I get it as a gift without a receipt so I can't return it. Do you have any ideas what can I do to turn on this device then?

Go to sonyStyle.com and and get the contact info for customer service, since it sounds like you got another lemon. The E series is LOADED w/lemons.

What do you mean by 'can't enable' exactly?
Does it light up at all? Maybe it just won't charge. That happened to mine, and it was new out of the box. Got my money back thankfully. Could be kaput battery, that is fairly common.
